The Mr. DOB Teapot is inspired by Takashi Murakami's Mr. DOB Character. To reflect the style and character in the design, I chose
to use bright colors with the mouth and
tentacle elements of Mr. DOB.

To design the teapot’s packaging, I used the cloud imagery from Murakami’s 727 to wrap
the front and two sides. I chose a bubbly typeface for the back of the box to display
the fun look of the character.
